Gaucho Carving Station (Main Course)

The Setup: A live-action, carving station staffed by chefs in professional attire.

The Menu: Fire-roasted, grass-fed beef picanha, flank steak, lamb chops, brisket, tritip, veal breast or pork rack carved fresh to order, from large roasts, right in front of the guests. Accompaniments: Traditional sauces, grilled vegetables, and fresh herb salads.
