Our Story

Our boutique butcher shop has its' roots deep in the Eastern European traditional way of handling, salting, smoking and curing meats. Our presence in the US has caused us to adapt this style in such a way that would allow us to best serve a wide range of cultures and their different requirements regarding "meat-carving" and Charcuterie. To make it simple, we provide many options for the different cuts of meats.

We work with beef primal cuts and sub primal cuts, as well as pork and lamb, so that you can have that special cut that might be difficult to find in a regular supermarket or grocery store. If you don't see it displayed, ask for it and we will do our best to get it for you on a regular basis or just once. Our quality of meats range from ungraded commodity meats to grass fed Prime Beef hormone free.
